We take the utmost care to ensure your parcel is delivered as quickly as possible with Express Post, and also as discreetly as possible, with plain packaging.
We do not deliver overseas, we only ship to Australian locations.
ALL orders are discreetly packaged, in plain simple packaging. Contents are NOT indicated on the exterior of the package - there is no reference to specific products contained in the package at all. No mention of this website on the packaging. No one would ever suspect what is contained within your parcel.
$10 Flat-rate express post shipping
Australia - $10 Flat-Rate per order, for Express Post Shipping with Australia Post - Normally overnight delivery from shipping date, but allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
We like to keep you up to date on where your parcel is so you will get a shipment email from us at 5.30pm on the day of shipment - keep an eye out for this email, as it has the Australia Post eParcel Express Post tracking link in it, which when clicked will take you to the Australia Post website with tracking data shown for your parcel. In addition to this we have our system setup to email you directly from Australia Post with any movements of your parcel within the Australia Post network.

Should you receive a "calling card" in your letter box notifying you of an attempted delivery by Australia Post then you can use the number on the calling card to pick up your parcel, or you can use the number shown in the shipment email from us, or the email from Australia Post. Simply take this number, and some photo ID, to the local post office and you can pick up the parcel.
Free shipping (within Australia) on orders over $200
Australia - Spend over $200 and you will get free shipping within Australia - Express Post with Australia Post.
All orders are dispatched using Australia Post Express Post. Australia Post Express Post comes with an overnight guarantee. From our experience this means overnight to all major Australian cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Hobart), and overnight to country areas in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania. The only variance we have seen is that sometimes it can take 2 days to deliver to remote Northern Territory and remote Western Australia.
Dispatch of parcels occurs during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipment email, with tracking information in it, and you may also receive a tracking email directly from Australia Post. These emails contain the tracking number, and are only live once the parcel has reached a certain point in the Australia Post system - this might be up to 12 hours after actual dispatch. As we send ALL parcels by Express Post we have found that parcels often are delivered before tracking information is available on the parcel. Unfortunately this is just a short coming, in an otherwise excellent, Australia Post delivery system.
Non-receipt of parcel
In the highly unlikely event that a parcel we have dispatched has not been received then it is highly likely that the parcel is actually waiting for you at your local post office (normally Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox, but sometimes this may not happen). Please use the tracking information in the shipment email to find your parcel, and go and collect it from the appropriate local post office using the tracking ID as your reference number. Ensure to take photo ID, and something with your name and address on it. A drivers license is best.
If you are unable to find the parcel in tracking, or something else has happened, then please contact our support team using our contact us page. Please quote your order number within this email.
If a parcel has been sent but it has not been received we will investigate for you. If you entered an incorrect address and the parcel has not be received and has not been returned to us by Australia Post we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in situations like this. It is the customers responsibility to provide complete and correct address details for delivery. We encourage all customers to double check the shipping address on the checkout page, prior to placing the order. We also encourage customers to check again in the delivery email which is sent after placing the order.
If the parcel has been dispatched and the correct address has been supplied then we will either resend the goods again (after a 21 day waiting period - which is enough time for Australia Post to return the goods to us) or refund the order.
